This is a great place to stay. Great location right on the beach. Host was very nice and responded quickly to all our questions. Would have given it a 5 but the washer and dryer does not work well. Everything else about the condo was great.

We had a great stay at this lovely condo—it is decorated beautifully and very convenient. The balcony/porch overlooking the ocean is lovely. You can walk to Fort Fisher, which was a nice outing and the aquarium is very close. Highly recommended Ocean View restaurant—delicious food, the biscuits with warm strawberry compote were a favorite.

Hi Bridget, Thank you for your wonderful review! We like to walk to the Kure Beach Pier, about 1.5 miles to visit the gift shop and have a meal at one of the restaurants. Also like to walk in the other direction to visit the Ft Fisher State Historic Site that houses a visitor center and a free museum. There’s also a beautiful public beach with changing/restroom facilities and the ferry access is just further down the street. We will have to try those biscuits with strawberry compote. Hope to host you again soon. Margie

This property was beautifully decorated with high quality…everything! I’ve never been in a rental (and we’ve rented many years there) that was so well supplied and comfortable. The beds were extra nice with stability and comfort. The host was amazing with her clarity and communication during the booking process and during the stay. Everything was extremely organized. These things on top of an ocean/beachfront easy access condo only makes it better. Thank you!

Hi Haley, Thank you for your wonderful review. It is nice being so close to the aquarium and the ferry. The ferry takes you to Southport, a quaint town full of boutique shops, a large general store and the Christmas shop. Our favorite restaurant is Oliver’s for waterfront dining and Burney’s Bakery for the best baked goods. Hope to see you back soon! Margie
