2 level self contained apartment close to the poolat AquaSoleil.

Villa 30 at Aqua Soleil, Whitianga is two storied and self contained with all towels and linen provided. Upstairs accommodates 5 guests in 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom with a king bed has a ranch slider opening onto its own decking and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. The main bathroom with cubicle shower, toilet and vanity is upstairs also.

Downstairs consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living area, ranch slider opening onto decking. The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, waste master, microwave, toaster, and a good selection of accessories and utensils.

Guests have full use of heated swimming pool and spa. The complex is 2.5 kms from Whitianga Township and directly across the road from Brophy’s Beach with safe swimming, rock pool fun and boat ramp for trailered vessels.

Just a 5 minute drive into Whitianga Township allows guests to enjoy as much or as little as they like. All handy is the Cinema, Supermarket, Ferry, cafes and restaurants, boutique shopping and most brand banks, what more could you possibly want!!

Perfect little modern Bach

The property is so close to the beach, with a picturesque walking path along it for the mornings. Modern and tidy. Good rang of cooking utensils and two major supermarkets nearby. Spa and pool are also fabulous Highly recommended the property.

Great location, right outside pool area so good for families but could be a bit loud for those wanting privacy etc.. great equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, furniture all very basic but all you need, only thing that was missing was a barbeque, but we used our own portable one on the deck with no issues. We loved being right by the pool with our kids esp on windy days where the beach wasn't an option. Highly recommend and we would definately come back.

Nice apartment. I was only there for 3 nights - out during the day, but it fulfilled all my needs. Comfy bed, good shower - Good parking. Perhaps this apartment lacked privacy - I felt that it was very open to viewing by other tenants. Easy internet connection -3 stars, plus.

Our second time here and we really enjoyed our stay again. Great location, not too far to walk into the town or a short drive. Villa was lovely. Everything you need. Jacqui was always in hand if needed. Would highly recommend and definitely go back again.

The location was great.

The location was great. Spa pool was nice too. We had terrible weather while we were there so we spent a lot of time indoors and found it very comfortable. We did have to keep our toddler from escaping out the front door as we couldn't lock the door from the inside, which kept us on our toes!

The property was decent.

The property was decent. The furniture was old. Each person had 1 towel to be used to go to the Pool and Bathe with is short sighted and falls short of a suitable vacation stay anywhere. Its winter time and freezing with 2 heaters downstairs only none upstairs. We had to carry the portable heaters to the upstairs room to get heat. It taught me to look into these amenities first.

However, the internet was very slow so we weren't able to watch Netflix, but there was a good DVD store in town to get rentals from so it was fine. Location was excellent as it was close to the water to be able to have a nice stroll.
