My family and I have been to PCB many times, and we have never found a condo as beautiful and clean as this one! I am really picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this condo was immaculate! The view was incredible, and the high quality furniture on the patio made it so easy to enjoy it. Communication with the owner was excellent! I also loved that, even though we were on a high floor, it was so easy and quick to get to the beach.This is our go to beach condo from now on!

This beautiful condo is right on the water - not even a boardwalk between you and the ocean! The owner is very responsive, organized and helpful. I cannot recommend the unit itself, the location, or the rental process enough. You will enjoy reserved chairs (in season) right on the beach. The balcony has incredible views from the 20th floor and is large enough to accommodate a family. All of the furniture throughout the unit is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and you will have beach towels, chairs, and everything else you need for your stay. A parking spot is included and the owner works with you throughout to make sure you are aware of local restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this unit and hope to stay again soon!

Great fall break getaway

We had a great family vacation. The beach was beautiful and the sunsets from the balcony were amazing! The kids loved swimming in the heated pool while the adults could still enjoy the beach view while supervising.
