This home is centrally located, just a couple of minute drive and a 15 minute walk to down town Queenstown.
Belfast Retreat consists of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people comfortably and is perfect for extended families.
Please enquire if your are travelling with small children as there is also a trundle bed available which is suitable for a small child accommodating a total of nine guests.
Belfast Retreat boasts a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening out onto a fabulous, large outdoor area with a dining area, BBQ, outdoor fire and heated spa pool. The most perfect setting for warm summer evenings or place to unwind, soak in the spa pool and watch the sun set after a day on the slopes.
Belfast Retreat also has a double garage and plenty of storage for ski gear or bikes.
This may just be the perfect base for your summer or winter holidays together with family and friends.

Our family holiday home is managed exclusively by Harcourts Holiday Homes and means that they are able to ensure everything in our home is kept up to the highest standards, and while they operate NZ office hours, they are always available to send the appropriate person around to ensure any urgent problem is fixed immediately. Having access to emergency services such as plumbers and electricians, provide peace of mind to us, so that your stay will never be compromised.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time: the property will be available from 2:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals. Damage to the property and / or its furnishings caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
NO SMOKING POLICY
There is a no smoking policy in all our holiday homes inside and outside.
PETS
No pets are allowed in any of our holiday homes.
SERVICE FEE
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $35.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. We also ask that guests do not move furniture around in the homes. If furniture is moved and not put back in the correct placement guests will be charged $35.00 plus gst per hour for the correct placement of the furniture items on check-out.
HOLIDAY HOME STANDARDS AND GENERAL TERMS
All our properties are privately owned homes and apartments. Each property is the personal taste of the owner.
We ask that guests staying in apartments please do not hang clothes, beach towels over the balconies and that drying racks are also not put outside or on the decks and balconies, this is a general rule in many of the apartment complexes.
The only consumables in our holiday homes on arrival are toilet paper and soap (sufficient for one stay day) The condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.

As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap.
The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
