6 Bdrm Luxury Beach Getaway

This home is in a quiet cul de sac with Petonque court and volley ball court
for residents to use. Easy walk to beach (4mins) Flat White wedding venue
RSA and Village skate park and tennis courts. Large lawn for cricket etc. Two outdoor areas . Chiminea
to take the chill of the evening air.(Need to bring your own wood)
Modern and stylish this is a very comfortable house with
great air flow for summer with all bedrooms having ceiling fans above the
beds and lots of doors to catch the breeze. Induction cooktop, two fridge freezers, ice maker,
PLEASE BRING YOUR SKY CARD WE HAVE NETFLIX AND FREEVIEW CLEANING FEE $140.00
please note that tents can not be put up at this house.
No functions or parties allowed
Special conditions:
A bond of one nights rent will be required.
Please bring sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels. Duvets and pillows supplied
Key pick up time 1.00pm
Vacate time 10.00am to allow cleaner time between bookings. Late vacate can be arranged when there is no booking that day.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Strip beds of your linen and remake with duvet on top of mattress protector. If protector is soiled please wash and hang over bunks

Empty dishwasher Important to be on short wash

If any furniture was moved please put it back to where it was

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

ALL LONG WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ARE CHARGED AT THE PEAK RATE

Great sport for a big family group. Close walk to the beach, cafe and Waihi Beach town. Saturday morning market at the school just down the road! Excellent adjacent green spaces. Plenty of cutlery, crockery & glassware for a large group. Quick communication from the host with clear instructions.

Beautiful house in an awesome location. Kitchen had everything you need but could have been equiped with some better appliances. The outdoor areas were amazing and we got really lucky with the weather so could use these well. My only downside is that is wasn't very clean and all the bins were full when we got there so we had to deal with all our own rubbish - which doesn't feel ideal when you're paying that much for a place. Robin was a great host and super responsive.

Cleaner said rubbish and recycling were not full but glass was as I told you b4 your stay. All outdoor cushions were left outside and are soaked and two dinning chairs also left outside Not ideal

The host took the time to meet at the property so I could view the rooms and amenities. The lounge room is very generous in size and there is Sky TV for the sport. The living areas are airy and sunny.

Good communication from our host, and a great location close to Flat White cafe and the beach. The house was large and spacious, perfect for our three families plus elderly nana to spread out. The communal dining and kitchen areas were very good for shared meals and board games. The four main internal bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and comfortable, and our teens were happy in the garage bunkroom. The outdoor room was a bit musty, so didn't work as well for the third couple, but overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

This is a beautiful spacious house with a large modern kitchen and a huge lounge area. It was spotlessly clean and Robin was a great host and easy to communicate with. A great location and we enjoyed our beach walks. I would highly recommend this house for your next get away.
