About this property
The Glasshouse at Taiharuru
Designed for a couple only, the Glasshouse offers that peace and tranquility we all need from time to time. Lot’s of “wow” factor here with this very special location. Set among ancient Pohutukawa trees at the end of a peninsula, this is as close as one can get to being on an island, while still on the mainland. Imagine yourself in the hammock, the Pacific Ocean at your feet as Gannets patrol the headland, and the muffled sound of breaking waves filters up through the trees. Fish, swim or dive - its all accessible from the Glasshouse.
We can provide a private Chef decadent dinner at the Glasshouse. Please enquire when booking.
