It makes such a difference to be in a place that has a grater and kitchen utensils, and enough toilet paper for the stay.
Lots of upgrades since we were last there, like the outside heater and outside blinds. Thanks for a great stay.
Very clean and warm house in very quiet area. Very good communication with Brett. A good spot to spend the weekend with friends and family. Also we managed to catch trout from the boat ramp 🙂
Brett's house was more like a family home and very welcoming with everything you need. As soon as you got there you relaxed with a great rural outlook over the pastures. With good ramp facilities only 800m away, lake access was excellent and exploring the left hand arm of the lake was superb, just need to watch submerged rocks and current closer up to Ahakuri dam before bridge on main river. This is a lovely part of New Zealand which I think a lot of people drive right past.
Great stay again, great for families. Warm cosy, close to the lakes and walking distance to the playground.

amazing location, pretty low key but has a very cozy vibe, a wood splitter in the wood shed would be handy due to the lack of kindling for the fire but apart from that, a very cozy place, comfortable beds; could use a ball for the soccer table though ;)
