When you've done with that, you can curl up with a book by the fire, wander into town, or enjoy a coffee from our Nespresso machine.


Special conditions:
Property most suitable for couples or older families. No safety barriers on stairs for babies and toddlers. Smoking only allowed outside. No pets permitted. Property not suitable for tents or loud parties - we have permanent neighbours who we respect.

Nightly rate is for 4 guests. Additional guests are charged at $25 per person/per night

Great place, great location and well equipped

Great place in Whangamata. The location was perfect, right across from the beach. Patio was amazing, kitchen and rest of the house remarkable well equipped and maintained.

Beautiful home in a spectacular location

We were an extended family group (from grandparents down to grandkids), in Whangamata for a family wedding. We wish we'd had longer than the weekend to stay and enjoy this beautiful property. The location is perfect, close to both beach and shops, and the layout and facilities made it a very enjoyable stay.

Location location location

The house was perfect for lounging around, long walks on the beach, two blocks from town, plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend time together. House amenities were great: laundry, bikes, kayaks, outdoor spaces, full kitchen. Vanessa was super helpful and lovely to work with. Can’t wait to return!

A great place to stay within walking distance of the beach and the shops. Loved the extra room. Would have liked wifi or Sky as our stay started with a tropical storm that lasted 3 days. Good supply of books helped.
