We made the most of the downtime during Covid19 and fully refurbished the interior of the property. Our property is fully cleaned and sanitised to a high standard between every booking.

* PLEASE NOTE - There is a residential building site next to our property which is due to commence work in January 2023. Although the construction is tilt slab which will minimise building noise, there will still be periods with building associated noise - just as there will be times with minimal activity on site. This factor is outside of our control.*

Special conditions:
Property most suitable for couples or older families. No safety barriers on stairs for babies and toddlers. Smoking only allowed outside. No pets permitted. Property not suitable for tents or loud parties - we have permanent neighbours who we respect.

Nightly rate is for 4 guests. Additional guests are charged at $25 per person/per night
