This unit is located in the best building in the community, with no building to the side of you offering a peaceful and quiet place to spend your vacation. The pool is conveniently located directly behind the building. There are a total of 7 pools on the property that you can go to. Only 2 miles from the beach.

1500 square foot second floor corner unit with 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms . One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two offers 2 twin beds in each. LVP Hardwood flooring throughout the living and dining room, all rooms freshly painted, and cabinets refinished.

Perfect location for everyone! Minutes from golf courses, shopping, dining, and beaches. A quick hop over to Broadway at the Beach, you can see Myrtlewood Golf Course from the balcony of the unit.

Beautiful stay

Our first time in Myrtle Beach and it was the best vacation. This condo felt like home and was perfect for my family. It was clean and we were able to wash clothes before leaving which was a huge help for us traveling with 3 kids and 1 baby. It was so roomy we had enough space to put a playpen in the bigger room. The balcony was perfect with a little privacy which I loved. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Great place.

We spent a week here during my son’s Ripken tournament. Location was just a short drive to the fields and main attractions at Broadway. There is a great walking trail nearby that i enjoyed walking each day. The boys enjoyed the pool and playing the board games after hot days at the baseball fields. communication with the host was excellent even though she was in labor with her second child! I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here in the future.

Vacation with special needs individuals

What a great space to call home for a week. So much room. The elevator was very spacious to. Was a little concerned at front door when there was a small step. One of our group is in a power wheel chair. He was able to drive right in with no problem, and move around freely. We had five in our group and we never felt crowded. All the comforts of home plus more. Cassandra was wonderful and very responsive with my questions and assuring it was accessible. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful relaxing space.
