Hello. Thank you for reviewing our property. Our names are Bobby & Kim. We have been Premier Hosts with our previous properties. We had 2 other properties that we have rented thru VRBO in the past, but we sold those properties so our status and reviews went with them. We live in Knoxville, TN most of the time, but we spend a lot of time here in Myrtle Beach visiting with our grandkids (and their parents also). We have 4 grown boys between us and 8 grandkids. Two of them and our daughter in laws live in Knoxville with 4 of our grandkids and the other 2 and our daughter in law live in Myrtle Beach with our other 4 grandkids. Needless to say we pile on a few miles driving back and forth. We are both REALTORS and have our licenses in both Knoxville and Myrtle Beach. We enjoy visiting with our families, traveling, spending time on the water and doing most anything outside. We look forward to you staying in our home away from home.
