Please read the description in full..... Fisherman's paradise at 723 Rangiputa Road. Excellent boat ramp for launching boats in all weather. Crystal clear water with beautiful white sand. You would think you are in the Islands. Super safe swimming for children. Big spacious home. Open plan living kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen has enough utensils for 10 guests plus a load in the dishwasher. We have even got 2 toasters to get everyone feed quickly. The 2 bathrooms which have a shower, hand basin and toilet in each. Linen is included in price. 3 bedrooms. Large veranda to sit under at lunch time or having late afternoon drinks. Outdoor cold water shower to rinse off. There is a spare fridge/freezer and a chest freezer in the garage for the extra food, drinks and bait. Lots of room for the boat trailer parking, a garage for the car or kayaks. Filleting table/sink with wash down tap. There is a large smoker should you wish to try your hand at smoking your catch. Close to 90mile beach and just a stones throw from Puheke Beach. 10 minute drive to petrol, dairy, fish and chip shop . No Tents, No PETS or Parties. No more than 10 PEOPLE.
PLEASE strip all beds that have been used and remake beds with clean linen.
LINEN and TOWELS ETC SUPPLIED and would appreciate before leaving the Bach, if you could wash and hang on clothes line AS WE GO TO THE BACH BETWEEN STAYS.
If you can not do this please let us know and WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE BEDDING/LINEN FEE OF $150 PER STAY.

family catch up

This property was perfect for a family catchup the house was spacious in all areas.Access to the beach and the boat ramp were 2 minutes away.Great facilities outside for fisherman including a smoke house.Would highly reccomend
