Nestled on the hill overlooking Putiki Bay, Fairview offers two newly completed and stylishly furnished 1 bedroom apartments connected with a door opened between them to accommodate up to 4 guests.

The Space:
Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, full bathroom and comfortable lounge area featuring all the comforts and modern conveniences such as Smart TV, premium quality linen and every detail considered for an enjoyable stay.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1- queen bed. Bedroom 2 - queen bed.

Please note: A $240 exit cleaning and a $25 per person fee applies to all bookings. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 5 nights between Christmas and early January, 3 nights remainder of January and holiday weekends, 2 nights the rest of the year. The property is accessed down a long gravel road from the main road.

The Neighborhood:
The well known vineyards and restaurants on the island are among the finest in New Zealand with stunning beaches, hiking, golf and water activities all within easy reach of this lovely holiday accommodation.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.

If you are in New Zealand: If Auckland or your home area falls under alert levels 3 or 4 and you have a booking during this time we will offer a travel credit to be used for a future stay at your booked accommodation or a full refund.

If you will be traveling from overseas: If Auckland falls under alert levels 3 or 4 and you have a booking during this time we will offer a travel credit to be used for a future stay at your booked accommodation or a full refund; or if can not enter New Zealand at the time of your booking due to Covid-19 travel restrictions from your departure country we will offer a travel credit to be used for a future stay at your booked accommodation.

In all other Covid-19 related circumstances our normal terms and conditions apply.
