Stunning Ocean front beach house Split Apple Rock

This new architecturally designed home above Split Apple Rock and the beach. The house sits amongst native bush and kanuka trees in one of the premium sites in the Abel Tasman. It is quiet and private and the views are stunning. Split Apple Beach is two minutes away via our private track.
The home is 208 square meters with master bedroom and ensuite open plan kitchen and living on the first level and bedrooms sitting area and laundry on the ground floor. It has Indoor and outdoor covered dining with views of the bush native birds and the Tasman Sea Split Apple Beach is a stunning beach typical of the Abel Tasman.
There are many activities in this area. Kayaking and walking the Abel Tasman track. Cycling on the bike path to Nelson or visiting the bike park at kaiterteri Shopping and dining In Nelson and visiting local wineries craft shops and fresh produce markets Abel Tasman Track and Marahau are 10 minutes by car Nelson airport is 50 minutes by car and Motueka is 20 minutes. We have two Ride On kayaks that can be used by guests

No smoking inside or outside due to fire damage and proximity of bush
This is a costal property with drop offs and young children need to be supervised (probably not a problem as this area away from house)

There is a $900 refundable security bond paid directly to owners seven days before stay commences
