Comfortable, Quiet and self-contained guest suite is ideal for couples, friends traveling together, or someone working in Auckland for several weeks or months.

About 700 m from the Scarbro Tennis Courts, 30 minutes from the airport by car/shuttle . Near Meadowbank and Kohimarama &GI. Bus stop outside the property provides regular services to Auckland’s CBD (25 min), Newmarket (15 min), and to the local train station (3 min). The train station is a 10 minute walk ,the train trip into Britomart station in Downtown Auckland (13 min) takes the scenic Tamaki Drive route. Uber fare to the Auckland CBD is around $20. An accessible parking space is also available. About a 5 minute drive from Pak & Save and 2 Countdowns.

Guests have their own completely self-contained space consisting of a lounge, bedroom with king bed/ kitchenette, and private bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped for light cooking only, with tea and coffee provided. No Stove or hot plate. A microwave/Convection oven is provided. A private patio area is furnished for al fresco dining. The office alcove and access high-speed fiber internet access makes this an ideal temporary work space. Close to supermarkets and shopping centers, as well as to beaches, cafes, restaurants, the beautiful Eastern Bays, and several scenic outlooks. You will have complete privacy in your self contained unit, but we will be available to help you in anyway possible. Special conditions: Check-in between 4 and 10 PM; Check out by 10AM. No smoking; not suitable for pets; no parties or events; Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$90.00 per stay); Linen (included); Cleaning for longer visits (one month more or more) (Required, NZ$90.00 per 2 weeks)
Parking for one small car on JAKMAT between the hedge &common Driveway. If you cannot park WHEELS OFF THE COMMON DRIVEWAY, parking on the Road.
