Amazing indoor outdoor flow for entertaining on the deck. Enjoy the quiet away from the village crowds.

There is a spacious kitchen, pool table for the parents, playground for the children and Sky sports and movies for everyone. There is easy access to the Conical hill track and tracks leading around to a lake and reserve. Enjoy the many mountain biking tracks literally out the back door.

Fun, family house

What a fantastic house, nicely furnished with everything you need. The kids playground is really well done. Great having a pool table. Nice and quiet but still easy walking distance to town. Great views. The only thing that spoilt it for us was the kitchen hadn't been cleaned very well. Apart from that we were very impressed.

Lovely Stay, Great Property

Enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Only negative for us was the patchy WIFI. Would suggest upgrading to Fibre.

It took Ang and I two and a half years to build this house. We're weekend warriors and like to get away from our week day desk jobs. We built our first house about 10 years ago (101 Chalet Cres) and thought we'd give it another crack. Having spent a great deal of time in Hanmer over the last 10 or so years we've decided to build a third house and become full time residents of Hanmer.

Award Winning Silver Medalist for NZ Bach of the Year 2018 Family Friendly Category. This house is designed and built with family holiday goers in mind (including the all important four legged friends). There are heaps of activities incorporated into this property for young and old. Ang and I hope this will be the best holiday house you've ever stayed in.
