A pleasant holiday rental featuring a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, etc.) that opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the Vallée des Loisirs, a dining room, and a living area (2-person sofa bed, TV with set-top box and Wi-Fi password).<br>On the ground floor: 1 master bedroom, 1 half-bath, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 washing machine, and 1 dryer.<br>Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: bathtub, double-sink vanity, and toilet.<br>1 bedroom converted into a playroom with a 2-person sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 90x200 children’s bed, and the third with a changing table and a cot.<br>Option to add 1 90x200 folding mattress and 1 travel cot.<br>That’s a total of 4 adults and 6 children or 6 adults and 4 children.<br>All this is complemented by a garden with trees and flowers, a swing set, and a summer pool in the heart of the valley.<br>Please bring your own linens: sheets, towels, and tea towels.<br>In the heart of the village, you’ll find all local amenities: the post office, Victory supermarket, 2 pizzerias, 1 café-restaurant (L’Art du Temps) on the square, 1 tobacco shop, 1 produce stand, Le Temps du Vrac supermarket (bulk goods), and Les Trouilles farmhouse inn.<br>There are many local farmers selling directly to the public in the surrounding area.<br>The house is rented out with my personal belongings (clothes, games, books).<br>I would therefore like to ensure a special connection with the people who wish to stay in this peaceful haven.
