This apartment is not in the center of Vienna which was good. It is just far enough outside to enjoy the tourist areas and escape to the normal neighborhood. A short walk or metro into town, as it had very easy access. One of the best things was their lightening fast internet. Wow, IP calls worked great and streaming was good, too.

A great place in an excellent neighborhood

My wife and me rented this beautiful home for two weeks! The owners are exceptionally friendly and welcomed us after we have been delayed due to flight disruption! We were shown all details about the apartment, it was super clean with beautiful decoration. The neighborhood is well connected with the Vienna public transportion and has all shopping options needed within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend this home for travelers.

TERRIFIC

The apartment was just perfect for our stay, clean and with a fully stocked kitchen. We could easily get anywhere we wanted to go, either walking or on public transportation. Bus, streetcar, and underground are all close by. Really appreciated the washing machine since we had been traveling around Europe for over a week before we arrived. Our hosts were the best, highly recommend this place!

Best Stocked Apartment

The property was everything it was listed to be. Walking distance of many of the major city attractions, easy connections with the clean and timely metro system. The apartment was stocked with all the finer items you love to have but don't always find, and also some pleasant surprises that you would think most owners would not bother supplying. But these folks did. Easy choice to go back to if we stay again in Vienna.

Fantastic apartment!

In a city where almost everyone smokes, it was a wonderful refuge to have this clean-air apartment! The location is unbeatable, with bike parking, city-bike docks, and a park next door. It's a quick ride down Hauptstrasse to a BioMarkt and even quicker walk to a 'convenience' grocery. The train station is an easy walk, even toting wheelie luggage. Aleksandra and Alexander were wonderful, thoughtful, helpful hosts.

Wunderschönes Apartment in super Lage

Das Apartment im 3. Bezirk lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist fantastisch, die Autobushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, in 5 Minuten ist man am Karlsplatz. Die U-3 ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Wohnungslage ist absolut ruhig, allerdings ist spätes Duschen sowie das Laufen der Klimaanlage von den Nachbarn nicht gewünscht. Trotz größter Hitze haben wir die Klimaanlage daher nicht genutzt. Der Empfang sowie die komplette Abwicklung und Betreuung der Vermieter ist wirklich Erste Klasse. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Perfect apartment for a great Vienna experience

We have just returned from a wonderful four week stay at this very comfortable apartment in Vienna. The owners have furnished it to a very high standard and it is scrupulously clean. The location is perfect, two minutes walk to a shopping street with a choice of restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets but the apartment itself is vey quiet as it looks out over an inner courtyard. We tended to walk into the centre but there is a regular bus service from just outside the front door, and tram stops and underground are a five minute walk away. The owners were very responsive to our queries and warmly welcoming on arrival. We are looking forward already to our next visit to this lovely apartment.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, komfortables Appartement im Herzen der Stadt. Im Appartement hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super, die U-Bahnstation ist 5 Minuten entfernt und die wichtigsten Ausflugsziele sind mit 3-5 Stationen zu erreichen. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants erreicht man zu Fuß. Wir waren zu zweit und können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Few days in Vienna

This place was just perfect. So quiet with balcony that we enjoyed using for breakfast every day. The place was spotless and had EVERYTHING we needed. The host Aleksander was very responsive and eager to help in any way possible. I highly recommend staying in this location as it is a great point of accessability to great restaurants and the inner city. I would recommend NOT buying public transportation tickets, rather, sign up for the CITY BIKE app. This is a bike share program in Vienna and it allows you to use their bikes and go from point to point VERY inexpensively. Moreover, it is a much better way to see the city which is well designed for cyclists. Thank you Aleksander for a great stay.

Sehr schöne helle und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Tage in dieser ruhigen und komfortablen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super. Im näheren Umkreis befinden sich u.a. Busstationen, U-Bahn, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und sogar ein Bio-Markt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl und freut sich nach ausgedehnten Besichtigungstouren auf ein gemütliches Zuhause. Vielen Dank für alles!!!

Our motto is: We make the apartments functional, comfortable and beautiful, so that we ourselves would feel comfortable in it. Thus our own experiences from our holidays are the basis.
Cleanliness is especially very important in addition to functionality and exclusive furnishing. Every time before an apartment is handed over to our guests a thorough cleaning is done and we inspect hygiene and neatness.
