Had a great October trip with 9 people. Fit everyone comfortably. Clean, well kept rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen well supplied but bring your own seasonings, oils, foil/plastic wrap, etc. beautiful fireplace, used nightly. Easy access to boathouse and to get kayaks in the water. Drove to Helen, took 30 minutes, pleasant drive. Enjoyed our hiking and wineries in the area as well.
