Superb Provencal stone farmhouse (185m2) recently renovated, quiet, on wooded grounds of 1650 m2, beautifully exposed in the greenery close to Cannes (5.5km). House near the charming picturesque village of Mougins.
Detached air-conditioned villa with heated swimming pool (9 x 3.5m) and private parking. Peaceful and close to Cannes and the beaches.
Facing south. 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
Upstairs 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large shared bathroom and 1 separate WC. Bedroom 1: 15m2, double bed 180x 200; bedroom 2: 13 m2 double bed 140 x 200; bedroom 3: 11 m2, with double bed 180 x 200 with possibility of modulating it into 2 single beds 90 x 190.
On the ground floor, large air-conditioned living room, dining room with American kitchen as well as an air-conditioned bedroom of 17m2 with shower room with private toilet and 1 separate toilet.
Ideal for resting and relaxing in the garden furniture after a barbecue and a game of table tennis.
Ideally located for visiting the region and walking around.

Fabulous villa in great location

The villa and garden are gorgeous, close to local amenities but not overlooked at all. The beautiful coast is very close. We loved our stay.

All round perfect for a relaxed family holiday

Super-responsive communication with the owner. Easy booking via Vrbo. Property v close to shops of Mougins and easy quick drive to Cannes. Yet felt isolated from neighbours and certainly not overlooked or overheard. Pool was the highlight!

Perfect!

The property was beautiful, both internally and externally. The pool area was amazing for the family, and the kids absolutely loved it. Nadege has really thought of every last detail, and she is absolutely fantastic to deal with. The location is great - close enough to Cannes and other cities, but also quiet and set back from the roads. 10/10!

Beautiful villa in lovely surroundings

We had a amazing stay here, the Villa it is just as per the photos. The outdoor pool/garden area are beautiful and are not overlooked at all and our kids had hours of fun in the pool.There is also a wonderful seating area to relax in, as well as a table tennis table in a shaded area right by the pool side. Inside is clean and tidy and just as in the pictures with A/C in the whole house and comfortable bedrooms. Nadege is a lovely host very easy to deal with and was always on hand for any questions, she really made us feel at home.
