โœ…My family and I are living in the separate garden level downstairs unit with a separate entrance door in the back!. ๐Ÿ˜Š

โœ…No drone! (No Drone Zone)
โœ…The tennis court is available in the summer! (just with schedule!)
โœ…Please donโ€™t go downstairs, downstairs patio, and the boat's ramp near the tennis court, too! (Already our dear guests have their own beautiful and huge patio!)
