Lakeview Oasis is a two-level house with six bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, a good-sized dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a large deck providing a relaxing area for sunshine and fresh air. The big living area and ensuite upstairs enjoy a magnificent view towards Rotorua Lake. With views and natural light, the renovated interior is beautifully curated in modern and rich tones with nice touches. The house is just 5 minutes’ drive to Rotorua CBD, shopping centers, lake front, eat street, Skyline, Spa pools and all town center amenities. With Air-conditioner (heat/cold) on both living areas and mobile heaters in bedrooms, the house uses gas water and cooking system, so you will never have to worry about the cold weather.
The living area with open kitchen and dining area downstairs gives the whole family/group plenty of space for gatherings. There’re 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a full-sized bathtub on this floor. You’ll find the other living area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, one of them is ensuite.
Linens, bedding, shower, shampoo and bath towels are provided. There are also coffee and tea provided at your arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home in Rotorua. The house has charm and character. While it’s not brand new, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Great for families.The space was welcoming and well set up, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location was convenient for exploring Rotorua and all the amazing geothermal attractions, lakes, and local restaurants.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. It offered great value and a comfortable base for exploring the area. Definitely a five-star experience for us!

Was so Perfect for my family. Place is big and new nice furnishings with modern kitchen. Modern interior. Perfect place for a relaxed stay. Outdoors need a wee bit of love. Grass was tall to walk on. nothing major..we loved your house and will stay again if needed.
