Nice stay

The house was very clean. Carpet cleaner was quite strong smelling. It would have been nice to have some info about the area, local restaurants, things to do in close proximity.

Warm weather get-a-way

Home was nice. Place was clean when we arrived though the carpet upstairs could use a cleaning. Location was great for restaurants and stores. Be warned that the traffic to get to the theme parks is horrendous. There were a couple of days where it took 45 minutes or more to get to and from Disney and Universal. All in all it was a great trip and we would stay at this location again.

Nice vacation community

Nice, clean townhouse in a gated community. Check in was easy at the main gate and they gave us instructions on how to use the amenities like the pools (both about a 5min drive). The pool at the rental is nice but rather small (I suggest skipping paying to heat the pool and drive to the other pools at the resort). Every room has a smart TV and bathrooms are spacious. I had one question to ask and got a prompt reply from the property manager. Overall, the price is reasonable and I’d stay again.

This house was perfect for our week long stay. Beds were comfortable. The fact that they offered late (4pm) checkout for a small fee was awesome for our last day. Easy access to all the parks, clean, fully stocked kitchen with any accessory you could possibly need. Including a blender for smoothies by the pool. Pool was so warm and amazing. Kids themed rooms were adorable. We cooked all week long, including grilling out by the pool. The clubhouse was a nice perk. Only complaint is the clubhouse doesn’t allow outside food or drink and when we saw the prices we understood why lol. 4 refills on sodas and 25 alcoholic drinks at the bar was definitely a no go. But as far as the property itself, I would give it a 10/10 every time!

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that the home was perfect for your week-long stay and that you enjoyed the comfortable beds, warm pool, and fully stocked kitchen—smoothies by the pool sound like a great way to relax! It’s wonderful to know the kids loved the themed rooms and that the grilling area added to your experience. We’re also glad the late checkout option made your last day more convenient. We appreciate your feedback regarding the clubhouse as well—just to clarify, the clubhouse and its pricing are managed by the resort, so we don’t have control over those policies, but we completely understand your perspective. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime! -The IHM Team

Impromptu Disney getaway

This property looked just like the pics, and was absolutely immaculate and beautiful. Pool is smaller, but was heated, and our 5 yr old was in it everyday we were there! We’ve rented many houses, and I will note this was the least stocked home we’ve stayed in. They didn’t even provide oven mitts.weren’t even
