About this property

Brand New Townhome

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located and beautifully appointed place. This is a brand new townhome located on the southeast side of Spruce Grove, a suburb to Edmonton with a small town vibe.

The space:

This is a great space for families travelling for sports; or a nice place to stay while you are in the Edmonton area for work. Maybe you just need a staycation, or a place to unwind! This was a showhome and comes with all the bells and whistles. It is a beautiful and modern space.

The ground floor has an office space and 1/2 bath. There is a fold-away cot available in the closet in the office.

You can enter and exit the ground floor from either the front door or the attached double garage.

The second floor has the living space and kitchen, as well as a patio.

The third floor has 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is a primary bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet, and ensuite with shower.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack and jill style bathroom with tub and shower along with two sinks. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.

Stacked washer and dryer units are in the closet on the third floor.

4 rooms, 4 beds, sleeps 6 comfortably.

This is an end unit located right next to a playground and green space. It is close to the future ball diamond and shops currently close to completion.

There are two flights of stairs in this home so if stairs are difficult for you then we just want you to be aware.

This home isn’t suitable for small children due to the stairs and decor.

We are hypoallergenic and we want to keep it that way. Please refrain from spraying perfumes in the unit. We do not allow pets. If we become aware of an unauthorized animal we will end the reservation and will charge extra cleaning fees to restore the unit to its hypoallergenic state.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave garage door opener on counter.
Leave recycling in blue bag in garage.
Garbage goes in black bin by the garage. The green bin is ONLY for compost. Please do not use for garbage or recycling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside the house, in the garage, on the balcony, or outside the front door. Violation subject to additional fees.
No pets, no exceptions. No hair dye or tinted shampoo. Extra cleaning charges apply for violations.
Keep temperature between 19-22 Celsius whether heating or cooling.
