THE AMBIENCE
IZOKINA is a vacation rental that has been recently renovated in a lovely area in Biarritz. Located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful house, the apartment is ideally located a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the lighthouse and the town center or Biarritz. You will be able to relax with your family or friends and enjoy your holidays in the Basque Country!

THE APARTMENT
Located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Basque house (no elevator), IZOKINA is a 567 sq ft apartment where you will feel right at home. It can welcome up to 4 people and features a cozy and bright main living area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, Acapulco chairs and a flat screen TV. Right next to the living room is the dining area with a dining table that can sit up to 6 people. IZOKINA’s open plan kitchen is fully equipped. Oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, you will find all the equipment you need to cook delicious meals, just like at home!

THE SLEEPING AREA
IZOKINA features 2 bedrooms. There is one on the left hand side of the apartment, with a Queen-size bed. The other bedroom is next to the living room. It’s equipped with two single beds close from one another. It’s a couch bed with a bed extension, perfect to sleep 2 teenagers or close friends. These two bedrooms share one common bathroom with Italian shower, and a separate WC.

WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
The kitchen is fully equipped and even features a washing machine. Very convenient when you are on holidays! You can also enjoy free Wifi.

THE AREA
IZOKINA is a holiday apartment ideally located in Biaritz, in a residential and quiet area, very close from the amenities of the Saint-Charles neighborhood. Within a 3-minute walk you can access a bakery, a greengrocer, pharmacy, cellar, bank and even a small movie theater. You can access Biarritz’s lighthouse within a 15-minute walk. The view of the coastline, Biarritz and the Basque mountains is absolutely stunning!

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and departures from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee is applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - 50€.
From 10pm to midnight - 80€.
From midnight to 6am - 120€.
From 6am to 8am - 80€.
