Lacation is great, There was no saucepan, and basic items such as salt and pepper, and no door for the toilet. It's ok for a overnight stay in my opinion.
Place was very cosy particularly the heaters on cold winters day. Location was ideal, just of the highway, 4k to city centre, on arriving very tired fish and chip store only 2 doors away and then after a long day at Sovreign Hill the next day just 8 doors the other way to the pub. Very clean. I certainly recommend this property.

Very disappointed. Toilet did not have a door, there were not enough glass to even drink water, bed was broken in one bedroom. No salt or pepper. The heaters were really good. Not enough warm blankets / doona in all bedrooms.
Comfortable beds, good tea and coffee supplies and close access to bypass entry and exit.Paige was very helpful enabling us to collect forgotten items 4 days after our departure.Excellent and immediate communications with host.
Close to the CBD and attractions such as Sovereign Hill and Kryall Castle. Easy access by road and ample parking.House is comfortable and would stay again.
Where do we start !!!1 bedroom is unusable as there is a 2cm gap in the window which lets in cold air and rain forcing our kids had to sleep together in the other bedroom There are lids for cooking which is great if only there we pots to go with themThere is no door on the toilet which also has a window to let in cold airThe towel rail in the main bathroom was broken and hanging by 1 screw
A nice one night stop over. No issues, great communication from host.

Ideal for a quick trip
We stayed for one night. It was a good size for our family and one of the more child friendly places we’ve stayed. It would have been great to have some soap and a smart tv or dvd player so we could watch the amazing collection of movies.

Very dirty, only limited towels, toilet door would not close, could be a nice property if it was looked after

Pretty average
Ok place but not very clean and poorly kept. Little attention to detail. Bring your own toilet paper and tea/coffee supplies. Wifi doesn’t work. Was fine for an overnight stopover.
Not central to the city, dirty and uncomfortable. Wifi didn’t work, host contacted but nothing fixed. Very basic to the point of no soap or dishwashing detergent in the house.

Unfortunately this stay went from bad to worse Upon arrival we thought it was a nice average house, then we noticed one bedroom had part of a window missing allowing as continual cold breeze to flow through. Travelling with 2 adults and three children as two families this was not ideal in the middle of winter. But unpacked our things ready for our stay. Then just getting ready for dinner and one of our teens sits on a bed only for it to break. Communication was great with the owner and we make out some adjustments for the night. Then we return with food only to notice lipstick on the glasses, plates not washed, dirt and hair caught under the dinner table. Then it’s time for shower and bed, however the shower head doesn’t stay up no matter how hard we try and the door to the other bathroom doesn’t close for privacy. The towel rail breaks when we place a towel on it and toothpaste stains are on the sink and dirt and dust and hair in the bathtub. The two remaining beds are either already broken with mis jointed unlevel bases and the other one has Sun stained old itchy sheets with blood stained doona covers. The owner was going to fix the bed and the shower head and quickly communicated through the night for their plans to have things fixed for the remaining days. However one night was more than enough and didn’t want to stay another night with broken windows and dirty sheets. Got our money back and won’t be coming back.

Basic accomodation
There were a few issues with the house that could do with some attention; there was no shampoo, conditioner, hand soap or dishwashing liquid. The kitchen tap wouldn’t turn properly & was running on the bench, the toilet door couldn’t close and 2/3 beds were so uncomfortable that we had to sleep on the floor. The towels also didn’t smell clean. I mentioned these things to the host but haven’t heard back.
I don't really have anything positive to say about this house except that it was cheap, especially for a three-bedroom place. If you just want somewhere basic to spend the night without paying much, it fits the bill. The house is undecorated and didn't feel or look clean. The TV is really small and in a corner of the big living room so it felt like you needed a telescope to watch it from the sofa. The toilet hadn't been cleaned before our arrival, there was no toilet paper, someone had left a wet towel in the washing machine, and the towels on the bed were damp. The towel hooks in the bathroom must have snapped off at some point in the past. I think the owner should do some repairs and decorating and try to make the place "cosy", as it is advertised. Probably the worst place I've every stayed.

Cleanliness of Property
The house has great potential but the oven was filthy with greasy trays and obviously hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Some of the dishes and glasses were dirty - lipstick marks on glasses. No big bowls for salad. No tea, coffee or small milk. The tiles had mould in the grout. I can see that the house is being done up and the potential could be so good but the cleanliness in the kitchen wasn't good. We couldn't get the dvd player to work. Very disappointed in having to pay $388 for what we got and then having to wash all the dishes and cutlery. Plus the towels were old.
Doubt if we would stay again. I messaged owner and no response.
The property was not at all what was presented in the photos, and description. Garden area maintained but house not.Toilet door unable to close. No rails on main bathroom. Kitchen not clean.Kitchen cupboards and laundry filthy. Kitchen bin mouldy on bottom when changing bin liner. Fridge reasonably clean. Minimal utensils for cooking. Pots that were there were rusted and buckled. Bed linen had stains especially in front room, mattress in that room when checked was extremely stained and smelt musty. Did not appear to be fresh linen.House had an overall musty smell on entering. Rug in lounge curled up on edges, as had my elderly Father with us this was an extreme trip hazard. Lounge stained. No toilet paper or soap as said was provided.Wifi was not working, information provided to pick up network did not work. No number a available only name Paige to contact Manager.
