The Space
Enter the property through the garden terrace on the first floor, where you’ll find the main sleeping quarters. To your left is the first bedroom, stylishly appointed with a Queen bed, Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite that includes a large walk-in rain shower, toilet, and double vanity. This room features a wall of glass louvres overlooking the pool area.
To your right are two additional bedrooms, each equipped with two King Single beds that can be made into King beds upon request. The expansive pool area on the ground level, complete with ample sun lounges and outdoor furniture, is ideal for relaxing, sun-filled days spent dipping in and out of the water. Ascend the timber stairs to the second floor, where you'll discover the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. At the heart of the home, the kitchen features a spacious island bench, perfect for effortless conversation with friends and family. This well-equipped kitchen is designed for entertaining, with modern appliances and stone benchtops. For seamless indoor-outdoor living, simply slide back the glass bifold doors to access the covered deck, complete with a large outdoor dining table for eight and a BBQ. The deck is fitted with outdoor heating so it can be enjoyed at all times of the year.

Wonderful property! Such a lovely place to stay, the living areas are fantastic, such great balconies and rooftop. And the pool is perfect size for a holiday! Really easy to walk to bars/restaurants/cafes and only 15-20 min walk to main beach. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay here, the house was beautiful with a lot of outdoor spaces, including a beautiful rooftop where we watched the sunset every night. There was also a heated pool which the kids loved. The only downfall is the location. While you reap the benefits on the rooftop being on top of the hill, it is a 20 minute walk (uphill) from the beach. This meant we left once during the day and came back late rather than having the flexibility to come and go as you choose as we really couldn’t do that walk more than once a day. While we had a car, traffic and parking at Noosa beach is a nightmare so we didn’t utilise it. If you have a pram, young kids, elderly guests or anyone that isn’t completely mobile, this property would be challenging if you relied on walking to and from the beach. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay here.
