Peaceful stay for a stressful trip.

The drive to the property from the main road was peaceful in itself. I was greeted by turkeys on my way onto the property. I was in WI for a funeral, so this remote cabin off of the water was a perfect way to end a stressful day.

This was my favorite of any place I have rented for a vacation stay!! Basically you have a private park with 2 lakes- amazing view from the cabin windows of the one lake. Groomed clear trails- I took a couple good hikes! Was helped by the large aerial map of the place hanging in the cabin. Wildlife, including a pair of swans that were on the lake the first morning. Just gorgeous!!

If you're looking to disconnect and truly unwind, this place is everything you could hope for—and more. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed with rustic charm and modern comforts. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. No Wi-Fi, no traffic, no distractions—just nature, stars, and time to recharge. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving a quiet retreat away from it all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our get away/hide away at this cabin in the woods. It was just the right amount of seclusion and rustic ambiance, which is exactly what we were looking for. We were able to reconnect and unwind in the tranquility of the sounds of nature, enjoyed a couple of apples from the small orchard, and listen to the fish jumping in the lake at dinner time, and lots of wild turkeys running wild.. We will definitely be going back and it can't come soon enough! My husband has re-named it Tranquility Lake :) Thank you for having every amenity we needed as well! - Nick and Linda

Private place with a great view!

Staying here was incredible! It was so incredibly cute and cozy to stay in and was the perfect size for two people to stay in. Right out that back door is a large backyard that has a fire pit and a small dock you can fish off. There a small apple orchard as well that you can pick from along with a few foot trails to walk along. This place is far enough away from a lot of city lights so the night sky looks incredible. Since this cabin is surround by some woods it's great to sit and bird watch, plus there's to big windows to look out at the lake and enjoy some coffee as you looks for ducks, geese, and some swans! Its incredibly clean with a comfy bed, a tv (that has an built in DVD player!!), a mr. coffee maker (coffee grounds are needed instead of k-pods), a wood burning stove, and plenty of seating. This is such a nice place for a simple get away.
