This West End newly updated 1st floor, 1 bedroom apartment is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. This is a 2-family house with the owner living on the second floor. The ocean is just steps away at the end of the street. Restaurants, bars, grocery store, and shops all within walking distance.
1 Queen bed in bedroom
1 Queen premium pull out sofa bed in living area.
2 beach passes including. Shed for bike or surfboard storage.
Summer monthly rental. Available August and September. 1 month minimum rental
Yearly rental will start in October at a yearly rental rate.
Price includes all utilities, and wi-fi.
$1000 security deposit required for summer rental.
