Look no further for a Perfect Bay Head Summer!
Available for Summer and Fall Rentals.
Recently updated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom and 3 blocks from Johnson Street Beach. 1st floor Master Suite, central air conditioning, open kitchen, living room and dining area, large enclosed back screen porch for outdoor dining and tv all with Sonos music system for listening pleasure. Walk to the beach or town – anything you could need is a short walk away.
The home comfortably sleeps 10 people.
House includes: outdoor shower, new outdoor grill, 6 beach badges, 3 HD TVs, Sonos music system, cable, wireless internet, linens/towels, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor teak dining table for 8ppl and plenty of outdoor porch furniture to relax by the TV on the newly renovated porch.
2 week minimum in the summer. No group rentals. Pets considered. No parties.
We require a lease agreement which will be provided upon booking. We require bi-weekly cleaning of $200 for longer stays in addition to the $250 end of rental cleaning.
Utilities are $25/day
