This a great place to stay. It was clean and very nice. The location is perfect, real close to the trails. It is perfect place to stay when snowmobiling in the UP. One of my favorite features is that there is a place where you can hang all your gear right when you walk in the door.
Tom owner/host was very kind and accommodating. Property is very close to trail 3.The common area was amazing and great place to relax after a day on the trails. The place is new and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property
10/10 recommend this place, very clean, has all the essentials and unique. Plenty of room to park your trailer, sleds, and truck. Getting ahold of the owner is super easy and responds quick! Hope to be back soon!

The space was excellent for us. The open area in the back was nice for the kids to not be right on top of the adults. The communication with the owner was wonderful. I did not have to wait for any response. He was always willing to help. Excellent location and place.
Awesome property! Lots of parking, easy trail access. Well furnished, bar and commons area is a cool feature. Tom was great to work with, super nice guy, really enjoyed meeting you. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks for everything Tom!

Great place, close to snowmobile trails!
The house was nicely renovated and furnished with everything we needed! It was very close to Trail 3 / Bill Nicholls. We had 6 adults staying for 3 nights and felt we had enough space for all our gear. The common space / bar area was great for hanging out in the evening. On our first night, we met the group staying in the other unit. We discussed the trails, places to stop the next day, and made some new friends! We would definitely stay here again. Also, the property manager was super nice and easy to contact. Overall, this is a great place in a nice area to hit the trails with enough space to relax at the end of the day!

Trailside Church Camp
This place was an amazing experience! Such a unique property… You can Still see some of the church vibe, but it has been beautifully renovated and decorated with high-end finishes, comfortable beds, beautiful clean, bathrooms and an amazing kitchen. You name it! And then this amazing common area that has a huge TV, bar, place to sit, play cards, play, dice… The attention to detail is amazing! It’s a perfect Getaway for Michigans UP. Even though there was no snow during my stay, you can see the snowmobile Trails right across the street. There are a lot of folks out hunting. And then the amazing mosquito lounge, and going into the towns of Houghton and Hancock are just so quaint and beautiful. I would give this 10 stars if that’s what you’re allowed to give!
