Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests with two upstairs bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a third full bath on the main floor. The king master suite offers a cozy retreat, while the bunk room—with a twin-over-twin and twin-over-full—makes a fun and functional space for families or friends. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances opens to a bright dining area with seating for six, plus two more at the bar.
Step outside to the private patio and enjoy morning coffee or an evening BBQ on the propane grill, all while taking in breathtaking lake and mountain views. IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
