FIVE BEDROOM home with heated pool in lush, tropical setting. Pool deck with Tiki Hut- plenty of space to relax, total privacy. Fully stocked kitchen and all the all extras you need. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with the beautiful white sand of Indian Rocks Beach only minutes away - consistently rated best beaches in the US! Grocery & stores < than 1 mile, walk to nature park, splash park, cafes, pubs!

Our lovely house backs up to George C. McGough Nature Park. Splash Harbour Water Park, Indian Rocks Beach, and all amenities are within walking distance. There is plenty of space inside and outside for large groups. Enjoy the Mango Tree and several varieties of palm trees and other tropical plants.

Our home is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood offering complete privacy if desired, but access to amenities only minutes away. We follow recommended cleaning procedures and our home allows you to stay in, and avoid contact with others if you desire.

Indian Rocks Beach - 3/4 miles - it takes 2 minutes to drive there. Also an easy walk or bike ride.

George C. McGough Nautre Park - joins our back yard

John R. Bonner Nature Park 3/4 mile

Clearwater Beach - 17 minute drive

Wonderful restaurants, cafes, pubs all within minutes and walking or biking distance.

Splash Harbour Water Park - 3 min. drive, 5 min. bike, 18 min. walk

Florida Botanical Gardens - 2.7 miles, about 8 minute drive

Publix grocery and other convenicene stores - 3/4 miles, 4 minute drive.

Busch Gardens Tampa - 34 miles, about 50 minute drive

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave sheets and bedding on beds. Cleaners will remove and clean.
Put away all pool toys into storage bin
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep doors and windows closed if AC is on. AC will freeze and stop working if you leave house open. Please don't set AC temp below 72. CLEAN GRILL!
No smoking anywhere. NO GLASS in pool area. Don't move or play with the pool vacuum. It stays in the pool always. CLEAN THE GRILL AND DRIP TRAYS!
This is a quiet neighborhood. No loud parties and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. No street parking. CLEAN THE GRILL

Very friendly and helpful hosts with excellent communication throughout. The villa is in a great location for exploring nearby beaches. The nature trail behind the villa is a must - we even spotted raccoons in the trees at the villa!

The house was a great fit for 5 couples who are long time friends to get together. The tiki lanai was perfect for gathering, chatting, reminiscing and eating. The pool is wonderful and well maintained. Ample seating and lounging. We spent the vast majority of our time out there when not playing games around the dinner table. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the appliances were ample and in good working order.Our Host Randy was appropriately in touch and very responsive. It’s obvious he takes great care of the property. Several maintenance people came to attend to the pool etc while we were there. Bottom line, the backyard with the tiki hut and pool are just great for all ages!

We had a great time at the Tiki house. The pool was especially nice and and our kids had a blast playing in it. The Tike hut was great because it allowed us to use the patio even though it was raining. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you needed to make a meal. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Especially the master suite. Overall it was the nicest VBRO that we have stayed at! Highly recommended!

Tropical Oasis vacation

The house and location worked perfect for my extended family vacation. We had 12 people ranging in age from 13 to 63 and the house had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was used every day and the beaches were close and accessible.

Spring Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family stay at this home.. Everything was exactly as described, and we had everything we could have needed for our week-long stay. Our kids spent countless hours swimming in the beautiful pool, and we all loved the tiki hut in the backyard. Location was great, super close to the beach and many excellent restaurants. We are a fun loving couple who enjoy spending time with family. We have 5 kids, and a dog, and we love to travel, and spend time outside. We fell in love with the St. Pete area and specifically with the quaint little beach town of Indian Rocks, and decided to make it our retreat from the cold Indiana winters. We love hosting and meeting people from all over the world, so offering our house to guests was an easy decision. We know you will love our home and the area as much as we do!

Enjoy the peaceful quiet streets of our neighborhood, and walk to George C. McGough Nature Park in 2 minutes to visit the amazing wildlife! There you can visit the turtle pond, the bird rescue area, and the awesome playground for kids! Several cafes, pubs, and restaurants are within walking distance. Walk or bike to Splash Harbour Water Park and beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. John R. Bonner Nature Park is in the neighborhood as well and about a 3/4 mile walk from the house. It has fishing and Kayaking space.
