With beachfront and private deck this modern, waterfront property is the perfect getaway close to the city!
Situated only 20 minutes between Halifax and Peggy's Cove, this location is ideal for friends or couples that want to explore the area or have a romantic weekend while staying in a beautiful, newly constructed home. The home is on a bay of the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy your morning coffee on your private back deck, spend your afternoon kayaking around the bay, and your evening cozied up by the firepit.
About the space:
This 2 bedroom home has an open concept, double height living and dining room which provides amazing light and water views. Cozy up around the indoor propane fireplace. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Bathroom has double vanity and standup shower (no bathtub).
Backyard consists of a deck with outdoor dining and lounging. Propane fire pit and string lighting provide evening ambiance.
Located on a bay of the Atlantic Ocean, the property has about 100ft of private rocky beach located about 30ft from the deck, down slightly sloped ground.
Guests can use the 4 kayaks available to explore the bay (shared with neighboring property when occupied).
Enough parking for 2 vehicles.
House Rules:
- No pets allowed
- No smoking permitted in the home or on the property
- No outdoor shoes or high heels worn in the house please
- No events or parties (unless disclosed and approved by host prior to booking - with additional agreed upon conditions and fees)
If guests violate any of the house rules, additional fees/fines will be charged and reported to VRBO.

Bring patio cushions inside to entry closet. Return kayaks and lifejackets to their location.
