Loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Had a few minor issues/questions that were very quickly resolved. First time visiting Ameila Island and will definitely be back. Tons of restaurants and a nice golf course 5 minutes away. Eagans Creek Greenway was great for morning walks.

We had a terrific time at this condo! The property was clean, well-stocked and the available beach chairs, cooler and board games were terrific additions. We were unable to get in touch with the property manager regarding the WiFi not working, but everything else was fabulous. Would definitely recommend for a great family beach stay.

Eaton’s Escape at Sand Dollar Villas was excellent! The decor and the accommodations were beautiful! The owners went above and beyond with nice extras, such as beach chairs, a yeti cooler to use, hygiene products, and nicely stocked kitchen. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return often!

Senior reviewer here. Got the lockbox code but no directions on how to get into the condo- there were actually 2 lockboxes - weren’t sure which one needed to be opened first? Then we realized it was this odd black square on the door? Never saw one like that before? Took us some trial and error to finally get in. Didn’t realize how close this condo was to the highway so it was very noisy with all the traffic. The master bedroom mattress was almost like 3 foot high? I’m 5’2” so it was difficult to get on the mattress! Maybe a step stool would be an idea to help senior and short people like me? It was clean. Only there for 3 days so didn’t use the kitchen much to comment about it. Our host was very responsive and we appreciated that.

Perfect location for a peaceful getaway to the beach. Property was very clean and located in a great area. Going to and from the beach was a breeze! Only issue we experienced was lack of hot water. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I came down for a quick trip and get away from her dorm life. The location was great, the accessibility to the beach was just what we were looking for, and the space, just the right size. Great for a couple or girls weekend. After season at the beach was the best, quiet and not crowded.

A Memorable Experience

We loved our stay! Everything was clean upon arrival and the host was very accommodating. The place is conveniently located near all of the fun local shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The beds were very comfortable and it was the perfect size for our family. The decor was simple and cute. My daughter specifically loved all of the turtles. We can’t wait for our next stay!

The condo was so beachy with turtle and pelican deco. Very clean. Beach view from the balcony and main bedroom is awesome. I will stay here again. Even with only 3 floors there's a elevator.

Great for four!

Small property very well utilized. Lovingly decorated with specific selections. Second bathroom has break in tub for easy access. Great access to property and amenities. Easy parking. Lots of communication. Views from balcony of ocean are nice even from the side of the building. Pool is nice and fairly large. Shorter walk to beach on boardwalk than a lot of places. Good feel to property. Met friendly folk. Elevator so helpful! This is really a very nice place to stay. Caveats: Ice maker doesn't work. This is often the case but nice to know beforehand if you are buying groceries on the way in. The couch bed is not suitable for sleeping unless you are a small child. We planned for six people to stay. One couldn't make it. So only one person on the couch bed but is a backbreaker. (In her 20s.) We would easily stay here again, but we would bring an air mattress instead of sleeping on the couch. Some folks might prefer to bring a foam topper. Kitchen short a few items, but we cooked four meals there, so doable. Overall, I highly recommend a stay here, and I anticipate that we ourselves will be back in the future, albeit with an air mattress.
