Plenty of seating for dining on patio as well as indoors, with well-equipped entertaining kitchen and dining room, which seats up to 14. Built in BBQ area; lawn space, and very private backyard. 40 ft long tanning shelf with optional shade umbrellas. Quiet neighborhood near end of an culdesac. Great walking areas.
