Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were very happy with our choice to select this property. The space was perfect size, we had everything we needed in the kitchen. I loved the decor and how updated everything felt. The bed was comfortable. It was also in a great location to everything we needed. The cherry on the cake was having coffee, cream and sugar. We will definitely book again.

The Nines is in a great spot. The location couldn’t be better — close to the Quarter with plenty of shops, dining, and things to do. The view of Optima at night was beautiful and gave the place a really nice vibe. It’s pretty quiet too, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Overall, it’s a solid place if you want convenience, comfort, and a nice Scottsdale view.

Beautiful property... "resort like". The condo itself is also very nice. Comfy couch, and bed. Pretty kitchen. Could use some wine glasses and highball glasses. Very few glasses.

When I had asked for an early entry after coming from Minneapolis and calling on landing I was told room had vacated and was being cleaned at 11am. I was only able to get in room at approximately 4pm and found lady still cleaning room and finished approx 4:30. Then found none of tvs worked and not until Monday whe new transmitters were replaced. Until that time I could not leave unit as was waiting for tv technician to arrive. I am extremely disappointed that I lost 2 full days inside unit. I certainly will not recommend verbose at this location.

Hi Joseph — thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry you felt frustrated. For clarity for future guests: standard check-in is 4:00 PM, and early check-in is only possible when the schedule allows. Upon arrival day, we had a turnover in progress and we let our guest know the cleaner needed a bit more time, which we informed you of ahead of time. So the guest was able to still check in at check in time with no delays and we also assisted him with his luggage. Regarding the TVs, we took your concern seriously and worked to make it right quickly. You checked in on Sat and reported issues with the remotes, not the TV. We provided troubleshooting right away and had someone at your unit within hours. When the team member reported that the TV's were working fine and you were watching TV. He advised that you were actually having trouble with the TV remotes. The owner decided to go buy a Roku adapter so that you can use Roku remotes as those are a lot easier and a lot less buttons. We brought those Sunday and when we entered you were enjoying the Superbowl on TV. We feel we went above and beyond. You even tried to tip us and stated that we made your day. I think 2 stars is a bit unfair. We always want guests to enjoy their time here. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points for future travelers.

From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children.
