Conveniently situated just 12km from the airport, 6.8km from Thunder Bay Regional Hospital, 6.1km from the University, and 2.5km from Walmart. Living on-site, we prioritize your privacy with a dedicated entrance.
You will reside in the apartment attached to our house. With your own entrance, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and lounge.
Close to 2 Mount Baldy ski resort. Couldnt be more private yet still so central.
