You will love living at this centrally located retreat! Wake up to stunning views and explore trails on the property. Cozy up next to our firepit. Conveniently situated just 12km from the airport, 6.8km from Thunder Bay Regional Hospital, 6.1km from the University, and 2.5km from Walmart. Living on-site, we prioritize your privacy with a dedicated entrance.
You will reside in the apartment attached to our house. With your own entrance, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and lounge.
Close to 2 Mount Baldy ski resort. Couldnt be more private yet still so central.

We stayed here two nights and came to Thunder Bay for Amythyst mining. Great location, very spacious, good lay out. Unit was very clean, kitchen has everything needed to cook, however, had to ask for paper towels and one more hand towel for kitchen (I cook due to my dietary restrictions). The ceiling between floors (unit is basement), is thin. We heard lots of footsteps above. Otherwise, very quiet above. Very respectful host.

For our stay we needed something more than a hotel room for my stay in Thunder Bay for medical appointments for a week and this spot was perfect for exactly that. We had everything we needed and close to grocery stores, TIM HORTONS, and the hospital. The ensuite had the perfect space we needed: two bedrooms, bathroom with huge deep tub, and laundry in the suite. Lovely and updated.

Overnight stay on the way through town

Nice place, bed was comfortable, so was the couch. Found a dishes that were put away dirty
