Very clean, nicely decorated, had all the amenities one needs, appeared very welcoming, really made one feel like it was their home during the stay.

Very cozy place. Well-stocked and organized kitchen, comfortable bed, very clean, and lots of sitting space in the living room. I loved the fact that there was a tea kettle and coffee maker, (with the coffee pods - yay!).We would stay there again.

The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. The one bedroom home has a special charm. The kitchen equipment and all of the appliances operated perfectly. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay.

This was a great place to stay! Very accurate in regards to how it was described. Great seating available in all areas, including a great outdoor space. Great communication with the host and no issues at all. The location was easy to get to any place we were headed and to make quick stops during the day. We'll definitely look to stay again when in the area.

Worthy accommodations

This was my second stay at this one bedroom home. It's an easy place to feel "at home"...instantly, when I walked into the house. I wouldn't consider any other place to stay when I return to Thunder Bay.

Pleasant stay

Had a great stay at this home. It was the perfect small place for my husband and I to stay and visit family in town. Everything you could need was available. Well stocked kitchen. The home was spotless and we liked the added touch of having Christmas decorations. Would definitely book again for a future visit.

Everything you need in great location...

The owner has gone above and beyond to make this place homey and comfortable. Even nice Christmas decorations! Very comfortable bed and furnishings, nice deck and yard. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Definitely will be back!

Just perfect!

We had a great time in Thunder Bay and our VDBO stay made it much more so. Excellent communication, easy check in and a lovely home in a great neighborhood. The house is close to downtown but in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was extremely clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Some VRBO hosts make it feel like you can’t make a move without breaking some rule. Not at all the case with this host. She made us feel welcome and like we were a guest in her home, not a customer. If we’re ever back in Thunder Bay, this will be our home! Thank you so much!

Great spot!

Cosy House is a perfect home base for two people, with the most charming backyard and patio. Bobbie has equipped the place with every possible convenience – air fryer, three options for coffee, barbecue, laundry ( plus drying rack) and solar lights that turn the backyard into a fairyland after dark. we will absolutely come again!

Wonderful Stay in Thunder bay

Only a quick stop on our road trip around Lake Superior but this house was just perfect. Communications with the owner were great and we really appreciated all of the little touches to make us feel at home. You can really tell the owners went out of their way to make everything perfect. The location was great - close to restaurants, the grocery store and Tim Horton's! (Our first trip up to Canada and the kids were obsessed with Tim Horton's.)I also really appreciate that the house is pet free - as someone with allergies to pretty much everything, it's so nice to have an option where I don't have to worry.

Great stay and location!

We were visiting family in the area this was a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed. Close distance to hiking and the lake. Close to the sauna, the gym, grocery and pharmacy. Very quiet neighborhood! Perfect for our week long stay. Thank you Bobbie!
