Lake Dunstan, Cafe's, Art Galleries and boutique Cinema are literally around the corner in our historical district.
The Space: Three large spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen and bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite and office attached. Plenty of outdoor space and lovely gardens to relax in. Plenty of street parking on a quiet street. We hope you make this your home away from home. Strictly no pets or parties please.
Guest Access: You have access to the whole house and garden.
Other Things: Cromwell has a public pool, medical centre, supermarket and numerous shops in the Historic District and in the Mall. There is a boutique neighbourhood cinema around the corner as well as the Historic district two blocks away. The Historic District overlooks Lake Dunstan and there are some lovely easy walks along the lake as well as historic ruins. The Historic district is strictly local merchants void of any commercial takeover. Paradise ducks abound.
