Original electric house which has been modernised in 2017- all new electric appliances and carpets Warm and toasty in winter with log burner with lots of wood and heat pump with transfer system- cool in summer. Bordering the reserve it is a great spot to explore Cromwell on foot This holiday home includes open plan kitchen living area which opens on the deck area. There is plenty room to unwind indoors, or enjoy easy outdoor living on to the deck and in the garden - close to centre however peaceful and quiet Free wifi, smart TV and phone.

A nice quiet place with a park next door and a short distance to the shops. The house is nice with a great outdoor area for bbqs even when it's raining. The host was very helpful too with great communication.

We had 2 families staying over Christmas and the house was perfect for us. Lovely shady outdoor area was nice for dinner and drinks. Location is great, short walk to town.
