Just steps from Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall, this hidden gem offers a charming, self-guided experience with no front desk, no staff, and no interruptions — only the freedom to enjoy the city on your terms.

Reservations for the exclusive use of the entire Estate may be made up to 340 days in advance with a 2 night minimum. We open reservations for individual rooms 60 days in advance. Individual rooms will have a 2 night minimum until 14 days out, within 14 days they may be booked for single nights.

Nestled in the heart of Charlottesville's vibrant historic downtown, The 200 South Street comprises two meticulously restored houses: the stately Main House and the charming Cottage. Just steps away, the bustling pedestrian Downtown Mall beckons with its eclectic mix of antique shops, boutiques, bookstores, cinemas, and restaurants. Please note: The historic C&O Railroad runs directly through the center of Charlottesville and passes just behind our pool and parking areas.
