Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, our home is nestled in a quiet and safe coastal haven where you can hear the Comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests, our home is a short stroll to the beach. it's perfect for extended families or friends seeking comfort and space. Unwind in light-filled living areas or the covered patio overlooking the park. Enjoy games, books, and sunshine for a wonderful break all year round.

The Space.
4 spacious bedrooms with beds premade awaiting your arrival! Quality cotton linen, extra blankets, quilts and bath towels all provided.

One of the few homes with three living areas.
The main open plan with complete kitchen, coffee machine, two dining tables and lounge. Second, is a dedicated Games room as a kids retreat with plenty of entertainment. Third lounge area located at the front of the house has a second TV and an ‘old-school’ Nintendo with 300 games pre loaded. There's a Work From Home dedicated desk with free WIFI, if you need to use while you're away.
There’s room for everyone to claim their own spot and relax into!

Outdoor Living.
A safe enclosed backyard, covered entertaining dining for all 10, bonus of lounge seating with BBQ to make use of summer nights. An outdoor shower and tap to wash the sand away. We must make mention of the children’s macrame swing for hours of fun. This home presents beach-side convenience and stylish comfort to explore South Australia’s beaches, wineries and nearby golf course.

Great location & big roomy house

Loved the location, walk to beautiful sandy blue water beach. Lots of room in the house and yard space to hangout & play around. Hosts were very nice, would definitely stay there again.

House was very clean and suited two families staying together so well. So good to have linen and towels provided! Plenty of space for everyone. Quick walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to town. Home away from home

It was so easy to settle in on arrival, and feel the restful peace of the environment. The accommodation was great with plenty of room for 10. Early morning and evening walks along the beach became the norm. Our 5 days felt like well over a week.

Situated in a great location, short walk to the beach, down the road from Forktree brewery. It was great having separate sections and living rooms. We had to amend the booking during the process and the help and support was fantastic. Definitely recommend the stay!

Normanville offers the best beaches around, and I’ve travelled to many. I love the white sand and crystal clear waters being a short stroll away.

What makes this property unique

I love sitting outside with a book and glass of wine, watching the children play. Listening to the waves crashing is a relaxing delight to experience in my very own back yard. I love how surrounded by nature our home is. Watching the kangaroos, spotting a hare, listening to the birds in the morning reminds me of how lucky we are.
