Uniquely situated in the heart of Normanville our Footsteps Cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway, or as a base from which to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Fridays and Saturdays $190 pn.

Description of footsteps cottage

Footsteps Cottage offers two spacious relaxing bedrooms, featuring comfortable queen sized beds and reading lamps. The spacious open living room displays polished native stringy bark wooden flooring and an alluring chaise lounge.

With a smart 65 cm television, surround sound and individual controlled reverse cycle air conditioning, comfort is easy to find. Other facilities include fully equipped kitchen and laundry, DVD/CD/USB player, BBQ and outside undercover entertaining area. Infant facilities available. Off street parking for car or boat. Pets welcome in secure yard by arrangement with owners. Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine just purchased.

To the rear of Footsteps Cottage is a 6m x 6m garage that has been transformed into a well appointed, fully lined, kids retreat, four bunk beds, television featuring full wifi, air conditioning, table tennis and more, to hold the ingredients for great family holidays with personal space guaranteed.

Whatever you are after, Footsteps Cottage is the ideal location. Within close walking distance to the beach and all township facilities, including cafes, coffee shops, local IGA, and the Normanville Hotel.

We did not actually meet the host, but we spoke to him several times by phone and found that he was welcoming, friendly and helpful.The amenities at the house were good. Plenty of room, utensils and comfortable furniture. We used both the front and back verandahs regularly.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beautiful deck and the house had all we needed. Especially loved the kids retreat with the ping pong table was a highlight for our children. Great secure yeard for pets also.Close to town but needed to drive to the beach with younger children. Would definitely return.
