Casa Elder provides a comfortable space for families, couples or a group of friends. Up to six guests can enjoy the spacious, modern minimalist style, three-bedroom home with lounge, two bathrooms, large dining area and kitchen, laundry and neat rear yard. There’s even a separate play area for the children off the lounge
The space
Situated in a quiet street, this is the perfect location to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula, McLaren Vale wine region and a host of stunning beaches.
Bedrooms
Waking up in luxurious Sheridan sheets, surrounded by subliminal beach themed décor, immediately gives you the sense your well-deserved break in Port Willunga is going to be special.
The master bedroom, bathed in natural light from the bay window, features a comfy queen bed, ample pillows and luxury bedding, bedside tables with lamps and handy power points. The adjacent ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity has toiletries provided and the spacious walk in robe with plenty of shelves and hanging space (with hangers) means you can unpack and relax immediately.
The second and third bedrooms are spacious and airy and also have comfy queen beds with quality linen, plus built in robes with a stack of coat hangers and storage. Towels and bathrobes are provided in all bedrooms.
If sleep-ins are what you’re planning, you’re in luck with all bedrooms having blockout curtains!
Bathroom
The main bathroom includes a bath, shower and vanity with a separate toilet adjacent
There’s no need to bring toiletries as both bathrooms have natural Sukin body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion to use during your stay.
Kitchen
A generous starter kit is supplied including a variety of teas and coffees, vegemite, jam, marmalade, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and seasonings. Cook up a storm in the incredibly well-equipped kitchen, complete with coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and filtered water is supplied through dual tap in the kitchen sink (Puratap filters). Quality cookware and dinnerware are provided, and if a BBQ is planned there’s ample chopping boards, an array of knives and bowls for your salads along with platters for pre-dinner nibbles.
– and most importantly, ample wine glasses to enjoy the delicious wines the nearby McLaren Vale region is famous for.
Eat/Drink
The spacious, light drenched dinning room with comfortable chairs and a large dining table, allows for plenty of room to sit and enjoy a meal, coffee, bottle of wine or that late night board game
Lounge
When it’s time to sit back and relax, the lounge room with a snug and home large sofa, 55” smart television with Netflix, HomePod Mini, a range of books and magazines is the ideal place. The adjacent play area for the kids is complete with a desk and chairs, board games and toys along with 2 bean bags to really nestle in. Wi-Fi completes all the home away from home extras.
Laundry
A washing machine with supplied detergent, softener, stain remover, clothes pegs, iron and ironing board are supplied in the laundry.
Rear yard
A Weber BBQ, outdoor dining setting and clothesline are provided in the securely fenced, lawned, private rear yard complete with herb garden.
A cot and a high chair are available. If you need more than one, just let us know when booking your stay.
