This property is a spacious modern 3 bedroom townhouse with all the appliances and services required for a luxury short or long term stay.
It is located in a very quiet street with virtually no through traffic. Cafes and local shopping at Christies Beach are a pleasant 5 minute stroll away. The major Colonnades shopping precinct is only a short 5 minute drive.
The Train station is only a 5 minute drive away and a bus station is at the end of the street, which is only a 5 minute walk.
The beautiful sandy beach is only 100 metres from the front door. The child-friendly beach is directly adjacent to, and serviced by, the local Life Saving and Sailing clubs.
Nearby Port Noarlunga with its many cafes, restaurants and historic jetty is only a few minutes drive, or for those looking to stay fit, a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk along the coastline.
A special feature is the upstairs balcony with ocean views and sun while you relax and enjoy pre-dinner drinks and nibbles.
Downstairs includes:
- large open plan Lounge/Dining area including a 52" LG flat screen Smart TV
- Kitchen fully equipped with gas cooktop, electric oven, 2-door fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, filtered water system, pantry and extensive food preparation area.

- Laundry with washing machine and separate dryer.
- Imposing entry hall.
- 2 car lock-up Garage with direct secure access to the house.
At the rear of the house there is a private and secure garden area. Also, a tiled undercover area provides another place for the family to relax or play in inclement weather. Gas barbecue and lounge area to relax in.

- Bedroom 2- Queen Bed with built in Robes
-Bedroom 3- Bunk beds with Single up top and a Double on the bottom, with build in robes.

with Playstation (perfect for the younger generation).
- King size Sofa Bed.
- large family Bathroom with toilet, large bath and separate shower.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning services all areas in the house to provide zoned temperature control throughout the year.
Free wireless internet is available. All linen and towels are supplied.
Pets are allowed but host must be informed with a small fee to pay.

• All linen, including towels, bath mats
To be taken down stairs into laundry. If you have time please remove all sheets from the beds you have used. Many thanks

• All food to be removed from fridge
• If pets have stayed please remove all droppings from garden and vacuum/sweep up all hair, including patio and Balcony.
• All dishes have to be washed and put away.
• Dishwasher to be emptied.
We ask for these small tasks to be done to keep down the cleaning fee.
