This 2 level apartment is located on the Esplanade at Moana in a secure complex only metres from the beach. The apartment offers stunning uninterrupted sea views. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen, dining area, family living area and balcony upstairs, with the master bedroom, second bedroom, 2 sparkling bathrooms (ensuite & main bathroom) and other facilities downstairs.

The apartment is light and airy, fully self contained, all linen provided, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, secure premises & parking, wifi, Smart TV, large spa.

Moana has a stunning beach, is located 10 minutes from the McLaren Vale wine district and sits on the coast at the gateway to the magical Fleurieu Penninsula.

Enjoy a delicious meal at the local café only metres away, go for a refreshing swim in the sea, cycle, walk or driveto beautiful Port Noarlunga or the McLaren Vale wine district, visit stunning cellar doors and the Willunga food market.

Located only 30 minutes from Adelaide, an easy drive on Adelaide's southern expressway.

This property is designed around a relaxing stay. With the beach only a minute walk away, eateries close by (some only a stone throw away) and located in a central area of the peninsula so everything is within easy reach. The unit itself has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay with amazing ocean views. Will definately be back.

Moana the spot to stay

Beachfront views, very relaxing watching and hearing the ocean tides roll in. Close to local shops and cafes or walks along the beach. Even a go at surfing if you want to try it out with lessons occurring all the time only metres away. Spectacular sunset views.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been staying at Moana over the Christmas holiday period for many years, 3 generations, in fact. The southern beaches of Adelaide are stunning and we think Moana is the pick of them, with its long flat beach and within a stone’s throw to the beautiful McLaren Vale Wine district and Fleurieu Peninsula – but we may be biased.

Moana beach is a great holiday destination during Adelaide’s long hot summers. It is a particularly popular spot during the Christmas holidays. Interestingly, it is an equally stunning place to stay during the middle of winter when the winter waves and cold fronts roll in off the ocean.

Whether it is whiling away the hours on the beach during the long hot summer or putting your feet up with a good book in the warmth of the apartment overlooking the beach during the winter months, it is a great place to stay. Regardless of what time of year it is, one thing remains – the uninterrupted views, sounds and smells of the beach.
