Welcome to McLaren Pines. This airy, bright home is the epitome of comfortable living. Located on Chapman Avenue in McLaren Vale, McLaren Pines is just a short drive or walk to some of Southern Adelaide’s best wineries, cafes, restaurants and shops.
Upon arrival at McLaren Pines you’ll immediately feel as though you`re at home and ready to enjoy all that the region has to offer. Entry into our home is via electronic smart lock for ease of access 24 hours.
This beautiful, spacious home has been recently updated to the highest of standards. Our open plan living, kitchen and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or cosying up on the sofa with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book. Open up the sliding doors and let the warm summer breeze flow through while you step out into your private undercover entertaining area overlooking the garden.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including an oven, cooktop, fridge, Nespresso machine and plenty of wine glasses! Take a seat at our dining table or open the doors to outside and entertain in style with our 8 seater dining, perfect for those long summer nights.
Our king size master suite boasts a sophisticated decor, designer side tables, luxury high loft quilts and pillows, and super soft vintage wash linen. There is a walk in wardrobe with hanging and shelf space for your convenience.
Our second and third bedrooms are both equipped with queen beds, luxury high loft quilts and pillows, vintage wash linen and wardrobes. There is ducted heating and cooling throughout the home.
There is a main bathroom with a shower, bath, under basin storage and towel rails. The bathroom is adjoining our master bedroom and has a separate entrance from the hallway.
There are two separate toilets. We have a washing machine for your convenience. Enjoy provisions of hair and body care amenities on us.
There is a grassed backyard and parking available on site.
You’ll be delighted at every turn by the natural elements and unique styling of this incredible home.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
