The property has a lot of space for people, however, the amenities and cleanliness were lacking. The internet wasn't working for the entirety of our trip and reception was poor within the area, we had reached out to Rob who was very prompt with contacting the ISP, however, there was no resolution. There were a lot of stains on the bedding, couches and marks throughout the walls. The floors were also incredibly dirty. It also would have been nice if more things were provided at the property, e.g. soap, more toilet paper, tea, coffee etc. The property was affordable, but a little bit more effort would have gone a long way.
We had a wonderful time at the property. We were a big family and there were enough rooms and beds to accomodate all of us.
The kids had their own space and the adults could enjoy some quality adult time.
Great location and a well appointed house, we had two families with a little one and it was a great stay. Plenty of room for everyone and easy to use kitchen, new bathrooms and lots of beds.Floors def need a big cleanup but otherwise was great. Not far from main street Normanville is super cute and lots of great food and markets.
The house was fine and clean but was old and had broken furniture and many of the blinds were broken. The pantry had no essentials such as glad wrap, salt and pepper. The front door was also very stiff and hard to open and the TV was very hard to navigate. The house needs some love and attention.

Thank you for your feedback. We are im the process of replacing furniture that is worn and roller blinds that are broken. However, we understand these issues and have priced accordingly, based on market prices in the area. In relation to glad wrap and cooking spices, the majority of rentals do not include these with their stay. We apologise if this caused you any inconvinience.
Great size house to suit our family. The house had the amenities we needed and was a short drive to the beach and town centre.

House looked tired. Cooking utensils very dirty. Upstairs leather lounge peeling. Windows, doors and walls all dirty. Charger for Playstation controllers didnt work and Foos ball table broken. Windy conditions made screens and meter box very noisy at night. Overall is needs care and attention given the price we paid.

The couch has been replaced. I apologise for the inconvinience. The walls do have some marks but that is expected from a family holiday house as we cannot repaint every 6 months. I apologise for the utensils and will have our cleaner check these. Windows are dusty, again to be expected from a property near beach when winds are frequent. Unfortunately the wind is out of our control. House is priced accordingly taking these factors into consideration.
