The living room offers a comfortable place to relax with 2 sitting areas, a flat screen television and water views! The beds are a king in the Master bedroom, queen in the first Guest bedroom, and two twins in the second Guest bedroom. The condo sleeps 6, is nonsmoking, does not allow pets. A 2-car enclosed garage is included. The community amenities include a heated swimming pool, club house and spacious sun deck, tennis court and gated entrance.
