This beautiful Hilton Head Island vacation rental offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort for your next getaway. The spacious living room provides plenty of room to relax and unwind, with comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere for gathering with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need for preparing meals, and the wet bar has been creatively transformed into an island with seating for four.

On the first floor, you'll find a king bedroom with a full bathroom just down the hall for easy access.

The second floor includes three bedrooms. The master suite with a king bed and an expansive en-suite bathroom boasting a double sink vanity, a tub, and a large walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a King bed and private balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Bedroom four includes two twin size beds and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The formal dining room leads to a large deck with views of the golf course.

Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It is beautifully decorated, equipped with anything you could possibly need & has the best deck in the complex. The owners were prompt, easy to work with & very friendly.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at Fazio 53. The house is quite large and had plenty of room for us all. It was nice to be so close to the pool and the beach is a short bike ride away. Kitchen was well appointed. The large deck was a bonus. We will definitely try to rent here on future trips.

great spot

the house was large enough for our whole family, and the kitchen, living room setup was ideal as we always cooked elaborate meals, and could all participate. he back deck was ideal for dining outside, and there was always a shady spot .the pool was great for the children.

Wonderful experience

The house was perfect. We do think that the mattresses in the 2 upstairs king bedrooms need to be replaced but besides that we loved the house and location. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Owners were great.

This property and location could not be better. The house is beautifully well kept and the location/proximity to the pool and amenities are perfect. Palmetto dunes is as lovely a place to stay as any. The owners couldn't have been more responsive and reached out multiple times. I definitely recommend this location to any family or friends group.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Fazio Villas! Pam and Mike were incredibly responsive before and during our stay. The Villa was well appointed with plenty of space for our family of 9. It is located within a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Palmetto Dunes is in a great location in the middle of the island and close to everything. Our family rented bikes and enjoyed biking throughout the resort. Thank you Pam and Mike for an excellent stay!

Fantastic!

As long time residents and visitors of the island, we have a good idea of most everything there. This Fazio villa is as nice as we have had on the island. Everything was fantastic. Mike and Pam are incredibly responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend their place enough.

Great Villa for group or family vacation

Fazio 53 was everything we hoped for. The quiet neighborhood feel was very relaxing and is super convenient get to the beach by car or bike. Plenty of space for 8 adults and a baby. Kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy cooking & grilling at home several nights. Clean and comfortable villa. Owners very quick to communicate and respond to questions prior to arrival. Hope to get back there soon.

53 Fazio Villa

The villa was very nice and clean and had ample room. The location is perfect. Towels were very limited and a few threadbare. No sheet was provided for the pull out bed in the study. Some additional light is needed in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic Week at 53 Fazio

In years past, we have rented houses in Palmetto Dunes. With the cost of houses going up, we decided to try a townhome this year. Our unit was just what we needed ! The unit was clean, spacious, well appointed and located in a great part of Palmetto Dunes. The close proximity to the pool was great, the oversized deck allowed for dinners out on the deck. We were surprised to find a brand new gas grill that worked wonderfully ; had several good meals prepared on the grill. The sleeping arrangements were ideal ; everyone had a bed space. The extra living space off of the kitchen was great for some chill time. We will definitely look into renting a townhome again next summer and if 53 Fazio is available, we would be thrilled to return. Thanks to Pam and Mike for allowing us to rent their lovely unit. Hilton Head Island is our Happy Place !

Fun Week

Overall, this facility was very nice. Spacious and offered all the needed amenities. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. Just a few items: the downstairs shower was slow to drain. The dishwasher's soap dispenser had two pods completely dried & stuck to the dispenser. I had to work to clean out the area, in order to add my own pod. We had to register online as 10 guests, but there were only about 6 washcloths. We had to wash our washcloths and towels frequently and some of us used hand towels for washcloths. We were disappointed that the gas grill did not work, but we should've reported that immediately instead of waiting. Our family had a great stay and we enjoyed the villa very much.

Great vacation home!

We so enjoyed our stay- plenty of room, steps away from the pool, and easy access to the beach. We drove our chairs, etc. over and parked, then walked a short distance out onto the beach. Others in our group rode their bikes. The furnishings were very nice , the kitchen well-equipped and we enjoyed the deck as well. We’d be happy to stay again!

A good experience for our first time vrbo rental

The house was centrally located - 5 min from the beach - bike and kayak rentals close by as well The house needed a few small things fixed, the main issue was the master bedroom’s suite shower had poor drainage. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well.

Palmetto Dunes Family Stay

Members of our family all enjoyed our week here!!! The villa and location in Palmetto Dunes was perfect for our family! Many island restaurants and types of entertainment and shopping were very convenient and easily reached by walking or biking. The pool next door provided us with many fun family moments.

We love the villa!
